Reservations, Payment & Cancellations 7 policy notes
  • A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. The balance is automatically charged to the card on file 2 weeks before arrival.
  • Rates are based on 4-person occupancy. Each additional guest age 3 or older is $20/night during peak season and $15/night during non-peak season, without exceeding the unit or site maximum.
  • Additional vehicles must park in overflow parking and are subject to a $5/day fee. Discounts or promotions must be stated and presented when the reservation is made and at check-in. Only one discount or promotion applies per reservation.
  • Reservations canceled 14 days or more before arrival receive a full deposit refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable.
  • Holiday reservations must be canceled 30 days before arrival. Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if done 14 days or more before arrival.
  • There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather. Natural disaster exceptions may allow rescheduling or a gift certificate according to the live policy.
  • All cancellations and changes must be made by phone at 877.495.1974.
RV Site Policies 7 policy notes
  • RV site check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • After-hours arrivals must notify resort staff before 5:00 PM. Payment must be made in full before arrival.
  • Late check-out may be allowed with prior approval for $25 until 3:00 PM for RV sites. Failure to leave before check-out can result in an extra day charge.
  • One camping vehicle is permitted per RV site. Maximum RV site occupancy is 8 people.
  • RV stays are limited to 6 months, or 180 days. Stays over 30 days are subject to Extended Stay rules, policies, procedures, approval, application, and fees.
  • RVs 10 years and older require prior management approval and may require a current photo. Pop-up trailers and truck bed/cabover campers are not permitted.
  • All sewer connections require an airtight rubber seal ring. Dumping wastewater on the ground is prohibited and can result in a violation and fine.
Cabins, Yurts, Treehouse & Glamping 7 policy notes
  • Cabins, yurts, treehouse, and glamping tents check in at 3:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM.
  • After-hours arrivals must notify resort staff before 5:00 PM. Payment must be made in full before arrival.
  • Late check-out may be allowed with prior approval for $25 until 1:00 PM for cabins, yurts, treehouse, and expedition tents.
  • Late key returns after 10:00 AM are assessed a $25/hour fee.
  • Occupancy may not exceed the limit for the rental type. Each reservation includes up to 4 guests age 3 or older; under-3 guests are recorded separately.
  • Rental units with occupancy up to 6 have an additional-person fee of $20/night during peak season and $15/night during non-peak season.
  • Cabins, yurts, treehouse, and glamping tents allow a maximum of two vehicles per rental. Additional vehicles must purchase a parking pass and park in overflow parking.
Pets 6 policy notes
  • Pets are welcome at RV sites with a limit of two household pets per site. Pets must be leashed, picked up after, identified with owner phone information, and brought in at night.
  • Pets are prohibited in buildings, restrooms, pool areas, and common areas, and may not be left unattended, tied to tables or trees, caged outside, or washed in bathrooms.
  • Aggressive behavior and excessive barking are not tolerated. Exotic pets, farm animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles, and insects are prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed in cabins, yurts, or tents, except Cabin 15 and Cabin 16 by office reservation only.
  • Cabin 15 and Cabin 16 allow up to two well-mannered dogs or cats, 50 pounds or less, with required vaccination and flea/parasite treatment documentation.
  • Pet-friendly cabin stays require a refundable $100 deposit and a nonrefundable $40 pet cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for pet-related injuries and damage.
Pool, Water & Recreation 8 policy notes
  • Pool and recreation areas are for registered guests and registered visitors only. Wristbands issued at check-in must be worn at all times.
  • Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM year round. Blue Bayou Bend is listed as 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during peak season.
  • No one under 18 is allowed in the jacuzzi without an adult. Children 16 and under must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.
  • No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and conduct of those in their care.
  • Outside food, drinks, coolers, and outside alcohol are not permitted in the pool or lazy river areas. No glass containers are allowed.
  • Proper family-friendly swimwear is required. Smoking, vaping, large flotation devices, personal music devices, pets, diving, running, and excessive splashing are prohibited in pool areas.
  • For boats, guests must register with Guest Services at check-in. A $10 boat launch fee is collected at registration and includes boat ramp use for the stay.
  • Water rentals require a Waiver of Liability and Rental Agreement before use.
Resort Conduct & Site Standards 7 policy notes
  • Wristbands are issued to all guests and must be worn at all times. Broken wristbands are replaced at no charge; lost wristbands are replaced for $1.
  • The minimum age to reserve a stay is 21. The person booking must be present at check-in and on the site during the stay.
  • Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outdoor TVs, radios, amplified sound, and voices must be lowered. Generators are not allowed.
  • Music must stay at a minimal level and only be heard at the campsite or nearby pool vicinity.
  • Campsites must be clean, neat, free of fire hazards, and free of prohibited clutter. Clothes lines, tarps, outside refrigerators, storage boxes, window units, and similar exterior items are not allowed.
  • Smoking or vaping is prohibited in or within 10 feet of any building, pool area, common area, or rental unit. Smoking areas and ash bins are located at Swampers and the pavilion.
  • Solicitation, commercial sales, commercial distribution of materials, and commercial photography, video, or recording are prohibited without approval.
Vehicles, Visitors & Day Use 8 policy notes
  • All vehicles must have valid registration and insurance. Only licensed drivers may operate motor vehicles, golf carts, scooters, and similar vehicles on resort property.
  • The posted resort speed limit is 5 mph.
  • Each RV site and rental unit, except cabins and Deluxe RV sites, includes one free vehicle pass. Cabins and Deluxe RV sites include two free vehicle passes.
  • Additional registered vehicles are subject to a $5/day fee. Unauthorized or blocking vehicles may be towed or charged the daily rate for the occupied campsite.
  • No UTVs, ATVs, 3- or 4-wheelers, go-carts, dirt bikes, or similar vehicles are allowed. Motorcycles may be used only for transportation in and out at idle speed.
  • Visitors must register at Guest Services before entering. Visitor fees are $20/day during peak season and $15/day during non-peak season.
  • The combined number of guests and visitors may not exceed the site maximum. For RV and extended stays, the combined maximum is 8 people.
  • Day use and event tickets are seasonal and advertised when available. Resort amenities are otherwise for registered overnight guests and registered visitors.
Safety, Liability & General Information 8 policy notes
  • Two Creeks Crossing Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Guests should keep valuables locked up and report site issues to Guest Services immediately.
  • Guests assume financial responsibility for damages caused by themselves, their guests, or pets. Damage claims may be charged to the payment method on file.
  • Call 911 in an emergency. During extreme fire hazards or inclement weather, guests are expected to comply with resort precautionary measures, evacuations, or closures.
  • Sleeping in a passenger car, truck bed, or utility trailer is prohibited. Resort use is recreational only.
  • Firearms, bow and arrows, slingshots, air guns, fireworks, profanity, violence toward staff, and illegal drug use are prohibited.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided at RV sites and cabin rentals, excluding yurts, treehouses, and glamping/expedition tents, and at the Clubhouse and Business Center, but service is not guaranteed.
  • Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits. No campfires are allowed at cabins, yurts, or expedition tents unless management approves specific fire pits in designated driveway areas.
  • Activity schedules are subject to change. By staying at or entering the property, guests consent to resort promotional photo, video, and audio use as stated in the live policy.
Office Hours 2 policy notes
  • Non-peak season is November 1 through April 30. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday-Saturday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, and Sunday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
  • Peak season is May 1 through October 31. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday-Saturday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM.

Blue Bayou Bend

Pool and lazy river rules for a safe, easy day.

General Policies

  • No coolers are allowed in the lazy river or pool area.
  • No food is allowed in the lazy river or pool area.
  • Outside non-alcoholic drinks are not permitted.
  • Yeti cups and tumblers are allowed only when empty; they may be filled with ice from the pool bar.
  • All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be purchased from the pool bar or Swampers Icehouse.

Floaties & Pool Toys

  • No personal pool floats, noodles, or pool toys are allowed.
  • Lazy river tubes are provided by the resort.
  • Only children's safety flotation devices are allowed through the gate.

Food & Beverage

  • Drinks are available at the swim-up bar.
  • Food is available from food trucks.
  • Food and drinks are available at Swampers Icehouse.

Designated Eating Areas

  • Under the pavilion.
  • Back porch office seating area.
  • Swampers Icehouse.

Hours & Day Passes

  • Lazy River before Memorial Day weekend: Thursday-Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Lazy River after Memorial Day weekend: open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Pool: open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Day passes are available Sunday through Thursday starting Memorial Day weekend.

Safety & Additional Policies

  • No cooking or grilling is allowed in the pool or lazy river areas from Memorial Day weekend through October 31.
  • Life jackets for kids are allowed.
  • Be kind and respectful to other guests.
  • Listen to staff and follow all posted rules.
